In early 2024 I was diagnosed with heart failure. I thought it was the end. I quickly decided to prove that otherwise.
Life has a way of slowing you down. For years I knew I needed to make some changes to my life. But I kept putting it off thinking that I would have time to fix things. Well, I had one hell of a wakeup call. And now I am trying to “UnBreak” my heart.
